                                    Ingredients
                                - 1 pinch of Salt - 250 ml of Milk
 - Butter
 - 12 tbs of all-purpose Flour
 - 3 Eggs

                                    Preparation
                                Whisk the eggs with the salt. Incorporate the flour gradually and then the milk. Mix all together.
 Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
 Heat a frying pan with a little bit of butter, put a scoop of the dough in the centre and spread all around.
 Let it cook and turn.
 Repeat this process.
