                                    Ingredients
                                 
                                For the Dough 
- 4 eggs 
- 200 g of sugar 
- 125 g of butter  
- 125 g of flour  
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder 
- Scrape of one orange 
 
For the Syrup 
- 2,5 dl of water 
- 250 g of sugar 
- Juice of two oranges 
- 1 Cinnamon stick

                                    Preparation
                                 
                                Batter 
Melt the butter. 
Add sugar and beat until creamy. 
Add egg yolks one at a time, beating well for each addition. 
Add the zest of the orange, the flour with the cornstarch and, finally, wrap the egg whites in a castle. 
Bring the dough to bake for 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 ° C. 
 
Sweet syrup 
Bring the sugar to the heat with the water and cinnamon stick and boil 5 minutes. 
Remove from heat and add the orange juice. 
After the cake is baked, poor the syryp over the cake.
