Ingredients
- 200 g of Flour
- 150 g of Sugar
- 2 coffee spoons of Baking Powder
- 1 coffee spoon of Baking Soda
- 2 Eggs
- 120 cl of Milk
- 50 g of Melted Butter
- 200 g of Chocolate Chips
- 1 coffee spoon of Liquid Vanilla
- 1 pinch of Salt

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease the moulds with butter and flour.
Mix the flour, the baking powder, the salt, the sugar and the baking soda. In the middle, put the eggs, the butter, the milk and the vanilla. Mix it well.
Add the chocolate chips and homogenize slightly. Whisk the sugar with the eggs and the yolks. Add the sifted flour, the milk, the rum and the salt.
Put in the refrigerator all night.
Fill the moulds until 2/3 and bake during 15-20 min.
Let it cool slightly before unmoulding.
