                                    Ingredients
                                For the Panna Cotta - ½ L of Milk
 - ½ L of Cream
 - 200 g of Sugar
 - 10 Sheets of Gelatine
 - 1 Vanilla Bean
 
 Fort he Sauce
 - 200 g of Wild Fruits Jam
 - 3 tbs of Water
 - Wild Fruits

                                    Preparation
                                Panna Cotta In a pan, put the milk, the cream, the sugar, the vanilla bean and heat until it starts to thicken.
 Put the gelatine in a bowl with cold water for 3/4 minutes.
 Then, add the gelatine to the preparation and mix until it dissolves.
 Dispose in the moulds and leave to cool in the fridge for 4/5 hours.
 
 Sauce
 Bring the water to boil with the jam.
 Let it cool and pour it above the Panna Cotta.
