- 25 g of Raisins
- 5 cl of Porto Wine
- 4 Eggs
- 200 g of Sugar
- 150 g of Chocolate
- 150 g of Butter
- 50 g of Walnuts
- 50 g of Almonds
- 50 g of all-purpose Flour
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Heat the wine with the raisins in the microwaves.
Melt the chocolate with the butter.
Mix the sugar with the eggs yolks, then add the chocolate.
Add the nuts and the wine with the raisins and, at last, involve the flour.
Whisk the egg whites and involve in the mixture.
Put in the mould previously oiled and lined with greaseproof paper and let it bake for 15 minutes.
Cut small rectangles while the cake is warm and serve with ice cream or sprinkle with some icing sugar.
