Ingredients
- 100 g of Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 80 g of Brown or White Sugar
- 100 ml of Milk
- 50 ml of Cooking Oil
- ½ sachet of Baking Powder
- 3 soup spoons of Instant Coffee
- 1 pinch of Salt

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Whisk the sugar with the eggs. Then, add the flour, the baking powder, the salt, the cooking oil, the milk and the instant coffee.
In the middle, put the butter, the milk and the vanilla.
Fill the moulds previously greased and bake during 20 min.
Unmoulding after baking.
