Ingredients
- 1 pack of all-butter Shortcrust Pastry
- 400 g of Strawberries
- 40 ml of Water
- 1 tbs of Corn Starch
- ½ cup of Sugar

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Dough
Line the moulds with paper and then, with the dough. Prick it with a fork and bake until it golden.
Let it cool.
Filling
Slice the strawberries and make a puree with a mixer.
Dissolve the corn starch in the water.
Turn the heat on and combine the puree with sugar and water.
Let it cook until it get thick.
Put it in the moulds and let it cool.
Then, decorate with some sliced strawberries.
